Location: West Odessa, TX
Pay: $26- $29, weekly pay.
Hours: 50+ hours - Day or Night Shift availability required.

Description:
We are seeking an Electrical Helpers to assist our team at our direct carbon capture plant. This role is designed for individuals at varying levels of their career—from beginners to more experienced helpers.
Responsibilities:
- Pulling wire
- Assist in planning and performing the layout, installation, and repair of wiring, conduit, electrical fixtures, and control equipment.
- Support electricians by assisting in various tasks including assembly, demolition, cleaning, and debris removal.
Requirements:
- Electrical apprentice license required
- Must possess all required tools for the trade per experience level
- Experience in industrial construction or maintenance is preferred.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems, tool maintenance, and workplace safety.
- Able to engage in physically demanding tasks such as climbing, kneeling, and lifting.
